- Will my customers know it's automated?
- Emails come from your business name, in your words, and replies go to your own inbox. They read like you wrote them.
- What happens when someone pays?
- Once Xero marks the invoice paid, reminders stop automatically.
- Can it change anything in Xero?
- No. We only ask Xero for read-only access to invoices and contacts.
- What about really old invoices?
- You choose a cut-off (90 days by default). Anything older is left for you to handle personally.
