Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of PaidParrot, operated by PaidParrot (Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia) ("we"). By connecting your Xero account or using PaidParrot, you agree to them.
The service
PaidParrot reads your unpaid invoices from Xero and emails reminders to your customers on the schedule you choose, using the wording you set.
Your responsibilities
- Keep invoice and customer details in Xero accurate. We send reminders based on them.
- You are responsible for the wording of your reminders and for your relationship with your customers.
- Only use PaidParrot to remind customers about genuine invoices they owe you.
- Don't use PaidParrot for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful.
Trial, price and cancelling
PaidParrot costs US$19 per month after a 14-day free trial, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
No guarantee of payment
Reminders help you get paid, but we can't guarantee that any customer will pay, or that every email will be delivered.
Availability
We aim to run reminders every day, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or if Xero or our email provider has an outage.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using PaidParrot at any time by cancelling and disconnecting it from Xero. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
