Every PaidParrot account starts with a 14-day free trial. You aren't charged anything until you choose to subscribe.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment of US$19 and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that

You can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. Your reminders keep running until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months after the first 14 days, unless the law where you live requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Our payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com. Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or contact Paddle through paddle.net. You can also email us at hello@paidparrot.com and we'll sort it out.
